Cath Lab Tech

AZAD is seeking a Cath Lab Tech for a Full-Time W2 Contract position in Pomptom Plains, New Jersey. Schedule: 40 hours full‑time with varying schedules: Mon‑Fri, 7A‑5P or 8A‑6P; (4) 10‑hour shifts 7‑5 or 8‑6; on‑call 10‑12 shifts a month must reside within 30 minutes of Cardiac Cath, IR, Peripheral cases. Assignment Duration: The initial assignment length is 13+ weeks with a high probability of being extended. Compensation & Benefits: Hourly rate $65.00 – $70.00. Benefits include co‑paid medical, dental and vision insurance, cafeteria plan, and 401(k). Duties Prepare and set up for cardiac caths, PCI (STEMI), and other procedures such as peripheral vascular, pacemaker, interventional radiology procedures. Monitor, document, and calculate hemodynamic data. Provide procedural assistance to physician pre‑, intra‑, and post‑procedure. Assess and manage access site, and inform physician. Adhere to On‑call protocol for Cath lab. Prepare patient for procedures. Skills Licensed Radiologic Technologist. RCIS certification preferred. BLS, ACLS & IABP experience required. Cardiac Cath lab experience required. Education High School Diploma or GED required.
