Physical Security Specialist (PhySS) – SME

Department: Administrative and Logistics Support 

CGS is seeking a skilled Physical Security Specialist (PhySS) – SME to support mission-critical operations for a federal client. 

Skills and attributes for success: 

• Maintain and secure SCIF environments and ensure compliance with physical security standards. 

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. 

• Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements. 

• Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives. 

• Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency. 

Qualifications: 

Minimum of Recognized subject matter expert with exceptional expertise and leadership in the field. 

Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
