Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Position Details

• Specialty Pharmacy
• Contract-to-Hire
• Low prescription volume
• CareTend experience preferred (training available)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care and medication management for specialty pharmacy patients
• Educate patients on therapy administration, adherence, and medication safety
• Collaborate with providers, nurses, and care coordinators to optimize patient outcomes
• Assist with prior authorizations, insurance navigation, and specialty medication access

Requirements

• Active Tennessee Pharmacist license
• Arkansas Pharmacist license highly preferred
• CareTend experience is a strong plus
• Willingness to obtain additional state pharmacist licenses
