Avir Vista is looking for an exceptional Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator (LNFA) to lead our team in Brady, Texas!

This isn’t just another Administrator opening. Our Brady facility is a CMS 5-Star Overall rated building , and we’re looking for the right leader to help us keep the momentum going, grow the building, and make an already strong team even stronger.

• Current Texas Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator (LNFA) license

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field

• Minimum of two years of nursing facility Administrator experience preferred

• Strong operational and financial skills

• A leader who can motivate a team and hold people accountable

• Someone who knows how to balance great resident care, happy employees, census growth and strong operations
