Hybrid BCBA – Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Location: Hickory & Conover, NC
Job Type: Full-Time | Hybrid
Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 annually
Schedule: 40 hours per week

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight and ABA services to children and families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 25 in-person billable hours per week under CPT 97155.
• Complete behavioral assessments, treatment planning, and program modifications.
• Supervise, coach, and support RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ethical ABA practices.

Requirements:

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• ABA service delivery and RBT supervision experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
