Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >80 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Sanford Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Sanford Health.

Required Skills/Experience: Adult echo experience needed.

Preferred Skills/Experience: 4-5 years of experience preferred. Pediatric experience is a plus but not required.

Required Credentials: RCS (CCI) accepted in lieu of RDCS.

Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Must take a full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check. Does not accept local travelers with permanent addresses within 80 miles. Must disclose any previous Sanford Health employment; prior Sanford employment must have ended at least 6 months before submission.

Unit Details: Majority of traveler workload is adult echo, including Definity and agitated saline studies. Performs inpatient and outpatient studies. May perform TEE, exercise stress, and dobutamine stress echo if experienced and time permitting. Fast-paced, high-volume echo department; most hospital patients are done bedside. Uses Cupid, TomTec reporting, PACS, and Philips EPIC 7, IE33, and CX50. Staff may work alone at times. Typically 5-8 cases, averaging 7.

Shift & Scheduling: Variable day shift with different begin and end times. Weekend day shifts with rotating weekends and holidays. Department is staffed Mon-Sun; on-call is rotated for weeknights and weekends when not staffed. Possible 11-7 evening shift if fully staffed and ready. Weekend shifts are Saturday only and may be 10 hours.

7 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

1 reference required from within the last 3 years

Driver’s license required for submission

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (ARDMS)) or the alternative certification RCS
