We are seeking an innovative, visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and drive sustainable growth. As CFO, you will be the architect of financial excellence , steering critical functions including financial planning, budgeting, revenue cycle, accounting, and payroll. Your leadership will ensure compliance, optimize performance, and align every financial decision with our mission, vision, and strategic goals.

• Lead with Influence: Provide strategic financial leadership that drives operational effectiveness and long-term fiscal health.
• Shape the Future: Design and execute financial strategies that position us for growth and innovation.
• Own the Numbers: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, revenue cycle, payroll, and accounting with precision and foresight.
• Protect & Comply: Implement robust policies to safeguard assets and ensure GAAP and regulatory compliance.
• Be the Voice of Finance: Deliver clear, actionable insights through financial and operational reporting to executive leadership and the board.
• Build Bridges: Cultivate strong relationships with lenders, the financial community, medical staff, employees, volunteers, and community leaders.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field ( Master's preferred ).
• CPA, CMA, or FHFMA certification ( highly valued ).
• 7+ years of progressive financial leadership , ideally in healthcare finance.
• Experience in Critical Access Hospitals or similar healthcare settings is a plus.
• Proven ability to craft and execute financial strategies that drive organizational success.
• Deep knowledge of financial regulations, reporting requirements, and healthcare reimbursement models.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
