Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/19/2026 Duration: 18 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: Emergency Room (ER) Nurse position located in an acute care hospital setting. This role involves providing high-quality emergency care for diverse patient populations, including neonates, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The position offers a 12-hour night shift, with a commitment of at least 36 hours per week, and is available from October 19, 2026, through February 22, 2027. Job Details: Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in Emergency Room nursing, current ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS certifications, and active license in the applicable state, including a valid compact license in hand at the time of submission. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a Level I or Level II Trauma Center, proficiency with charting systems such as Epic, and prior experience with community hospitals, LTAC, or trauma experience. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC. Additional Information: Candidates should have extensive skills including arterial line management, ventilator care, trauma management, and interpretation of arterial blood gases and dysrhythmias. This facility requires flexibility with floating between units and possibly to sister facilities nearby. All module completions are required prior to start and during orientation, and time spent on modules is considered non-billable. Candidates must be prepared to work 3 of the 5 major holidays and request all time off during submission.
