We are dedicated to creating fashion that not only looks good but also makes our customers feel good.Staff Accountant, General AccountingAbout the roleThe Staff Accountant, General Accounting is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the accounting process across multiple brands as well as Corporate. This role will be heavily involved in the month end close process using both SAP and Oracle, preparing account reconciliations, and supporting all areas of the business as needed for reporting and research.The impact you can havePrepare and upload journal entries across multiple brands and systems, ensuring appropriate support.Assist with day-to-day accounting, ability to multi-task and to adhere to the tight timeline of the month end close.Support all areas of the business to quickly and appropriately answer questions.Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and strengthen internal controls.Assist in special projects, audit requests, and ad hoc reporting as assigned.You’ll bring to the roleBachelor’s degree in Accounting2+ years of accounting experienceExperience working in SAP, ORACLE, or similar ERP systemsDemonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, and support team operationsStrong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systemsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to partner cross-functionallyAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentContinuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and customer serviceBenefitsYou will be eligible to receive a merchandise discount at select KnitWell Group brands, subject to each brand’s discount policies.Support for your individual development plus opportunities for career mobility within our family of brands.
