Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve include individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Your approach will be individualized, recognizing the unique circumstances and cultural backgrounds of each client. You will be expected to demonstrate cultural competency in your practice, ensuring all clients feel respected and understood.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Current licensure in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or the eligibility to obtain this licensure.

• Strong proficiency in individual, family, or group therapy, with a focus on developing therapeutic relationships that foster trust and openness.

• Proven ability to engage with a diverse client population and adapt therapeutic techniques accordingly.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on empathetic listening and constructive feedback.
