Job Description

Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled CT Tech for a 13-week contract performing advanced imaging procedures overnight. The role requires a dedicated professional capable of multitasking in a fast-paced radiology environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate multi-slice CT scanners including GE 64, GE 128, and Siemens 128 models to perform diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort by adhering to protocols, including stroke, trauma, and coronary CT protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR system and follow departmental guidelines.
• Collaborate with radiology staff to deliver high-quality imaging and contribute to efficient workflow.
• Adhere to dress code policies, wearing sage green scrub tops with black scrub bottoms or all black attire.
• Respond to rotating call and weekend shifts as scheduled to support 24/7 department coverage.

Qualifications:

• Valid ARRT (R)(CT) certification required.
• Texas Medical Board (TMB) license required.
• BLS certification with the ability to handle trauma and emergency procedures.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar imaging environment preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency with advanced CT procedures, including stroke protocols and biopsies.
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude essential for team collaboration.
