This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone with a passion for building scalable finance teams and enabling growth through data-driven decision making. You’ll be the go-to advisor for business and segment leadership—managing financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and strategic investment decisions across multiple manufacturing locations and regions. Key Responsibilities: Lead all core finance areas including planning & forecasting, asset management, costing, and business analysis Serve as a key business partner to division and segment executives—driving alignment on financial strategy, goals, and performance Interpret and communicate financial performance across global operations, identifying opportunities to improve margins and cash flow Oversee timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, budgets, and strategic plans Guide investment decisions through capital justification, market analysis, and product line profitability review Lead internal controls, compliance (including SOX), and process improvements in reporting and systems Present financial data and recommendations to senior leadership and external stakeholders Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred) 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with strong exposure to manufacturing operations 5+ years of people leadership experience Deep understanding of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial systems (SAP and Excel preferred) Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at all levels Seniority level Seniority level Director Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Upside Search by 2x Inferred from the description for this job Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Get notified when a new job is posted.
