divh2Sales Assistant/h2pPosition: Sales Assistant/ppLocation: Plainsboro NJ/ppDuration: 6+ MONTHS/ppResponsibilities:/pulliCoordinate, execute and manage follow up for all customer pre-sales and sales support needs including sample requests, regulatory and technical documentation, pricing plant trials./liliHandle customer inquiries, provide necessary information and interface with the customer in partnership with the Account Manager./liliFollow up on customer projects and manage communication and status updates with customers./liliMaintain all core supplier agreements, contracts, rebates, and confidentiality agreements./liliCalculate prices, prepare price letters and maintain price files./liliSupport account manager with administrative functions including client visits, correspondence and reports. Assist in the preparation of customer presentations./liliCommunicate regularly with account managers and internal departments, keeping them informed of customer activity./liliEnsure all required SAP data is accurate and maintained on an ongoing basis./liliMaintain business databases and generate reports, prepare and run reports from iCAM and keep all databases up to date./liliAccurately follow procedures while carrying out job responsibilities./li/ulpProfile:/pulliAn Associates Degree or equivalent work experience is required; Bachelors degree preferred./lili3-5 years relevant experience, preferably in sales support, project coordination or customer service./liliTechnically savvy with demonstrated ability to learn new systems./liliExperience working with various software applications required. Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint) experience is required. Intermediate to advanced level is preferred./liliSAP experience is preferred./liliExcellent organizational skills with the ability to take initiative and manage priorities required./liliMust possess excellent verbal and written communication skills./liliExperience managing professional communication with customers./liliMust be a team player with commercial awareness./liliMust be able to work independently with a service-oriented work style./li/ulpAdditional Information:/ppAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines./p/div
