Dependable Hospice is seeking an experienced, relationship-focused Hospice Account Executive / Community Liaison to join our growing Phoenix team.

In this role, you'll build and strengthen relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, case managers, and other healthcare professionals throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. Your efforts will help ensure patients and families receive compassionate hospice care when they need it most.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, case managers, and other healthcare referral partners throughout the Phoenix area
• Promote Dependable Hospice services through professional outreach and education
• Identify opportunities to increase hospice referrals and grow market presence
• Conduct regular physician calls, facility visits, educational presentations, and community outreach
• Represent Dependable Hospice at networking events, healthcare meetings, and community functions
• Educate referral partners on hospice eligibility, services, and the benefits of timely hospice care
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, referral sources, and business development efforts
• Collaborate closely with clinical and leadership teams to ensure exceptional service and patient satisfaction
• Meet established marketing and referral growth goals

QualificationsRequired

• Minimum 1 year of hospice sales/marketing experience
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Valid Arizona driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel throughout the Phoenix market

Preferred

• Hospice marketing experience
• Knowledge of the Phoenix healthcare market and established referral relationships
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
