Qualifications and Detail about the Position: Broad Function The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and building relationships within a geographical area, identifying leads, presenting products/services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position executes sales plans and revise as needed to meet sales goals. The Regional Sales Manager develops strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to support the customer through the sales process. Essential Functions: Promote, demonstrate, and instill Brock’s Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business Execute strategic sales plans to accommodate regional sales quotas and goals Assemble deliverables prepared before passing to client Possess a thorough understanding of Brock’s capabilities, identify business development and "add-on" sales opportunities as they relate to the line of business Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities Effectively convey Brock’s message in written/verbal sales discussions Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change Establish and maintain strong relationships with key plant/job-site stakeholders Accountable for knowing and understanding the “well-being” of assigned plant sites Identify customer issues and works with the operational lead to provide resolution Utilize subject matter experts within the sales function Ensure assigned action items are completed within the timeframe identified from the account management side Develop solid working relationship with the operations team for the good of the customer and corporation Utilize CRM to track and prepare reports of business opportunities Represents company at trade association meetings to promote services Working Conditions: Working conditions include outdoor and indoor field, yard, and shop locations Working indoors in an office environment Utilization of Personal Protective Equipment is necessary Frequent travel as required Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of products and services Excellent communication skills combined with strong business acumen to engage customers and to communicate complex ideas clearly, simply, and convincingly Ability to always demonstrate the highest personal integrity and ethical standards Must focus on the fundamentals of sound / ethical business practices Demonstrate critical thinking skills required of a professional business leader Ability to develop and implement standard work practices Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines Ability to identify and solve problems effectively Builds and maintains strong collaborative relationships at all levels internally and externally Proficient in Microsoft Office and in CRM systems Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree required 5+ years of experience in sales Specialty services background preferred (maintenance services, painting, insulation, scaffolding) Location of Job: US: AZ: Phoenix Shift: Exempt: Yes Work Type: Full Time Working Conditions: We conform to all the laws, statutes, and regulations concerning equal employment opportunities and affirmative action.
