Safety Supervisor

What You'll Do Lead initiatives that strengthen a proactive safety culture. Conduct safety observations, learning reviews, and field assessments. Partner with supervisors to identify hazards and implement practical solutions. Investigate incidents with a focus on improving systems rather than assigning blame. Develop and deliver engaging safety training and onboarding programs. Monitor safety performance metrics and recommend improvements. Maintain OSHA compliance and support regulatory inspections. Help improve emergency response plans and safe operating procedures. Collaborate with leadership to drive continuous improvement across operations. What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Safety Engineering, or a related field. Strong knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety regulations. Experience developing and implementing safety programs. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to analyze risk and solve operational challenges. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of safety experience in manufacturing or industrial environments. Previous leadership or supervisory experience. First Aid and CPR Certification. CSP, ASP, or similar professional safety certification preferred. Experience with Human and Organizational Performance (HOP), Lean Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence is a plus.
