Associate Dentist – Holistic Dental Practice (Full or Part-Time)
Location : Wilmington, North Carolina
We are a holistic dental office dedicated to whole-body wellness and personalized care. Our team is positive, collaborative, and focused on creating an outstanding experience for both patients and staff. We value integrity, communication, and a commitment to continuous learning. Position Details:
- Schedule : Patient hours are 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible schedule available for part-time)
- Employment type : Full-time or part-time associate
- Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and skill level.
- Fee-for-service practice – no insurance-driven production pressure
- Supportive team environment with opportunities for mentorship.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid North Carolina dental license.
- Excellent clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Interest in or openness to holistic/biological dentistry concepts.
- New graduates are welcome to apply – we are happy to train the right candidate!
