Pay & Benefits

• Salary: Base pay range $285,120 to $380,160 annually (based on shifts worked)
• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN hospitalist services at major facilities
• Support labor and delivery, surgical assists, and OB emergencies
• Manage obstetric triage and urgent obstetric cases
• Perform routine GYN procedures, including diagnostic laparoscopy
• Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine team and OB colleagues
• Support and educate OB residents and fellows (teaching component)
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical team meetings
• Contribute to a collegial and supportive working environment

What You Need

• Valid medical license in Washington State
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Experience in obstetrics and gynecology preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to relocate or commute to Seattle facilities
