You must be friendly, make recommendations, and anticipate the needs of guests. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service as the first and last point of contact. Make menu recommendations and upsell items to guests. Anticipate guest needs and promptly address concerns. Transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, service bar, and kitchen. Qualifications At least 18 years old. Effective verbal communication skills. Commitment to making a positive impact on guests and the team. Physical Standards Exert well-paced mobility for up to four (4) hours per shift. Safely reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 25 pounds. Transport plates, glasses, and baskets approximately 30 times per shift. Speak clearly, listen attentively, and use protective hand coverings during the shift. Work with disinfectant cleaning supplies and wear protective face coverings throughout the shift. Wash hands frequently with disinfectant soap.
