Our staff of professionals provides trustee, calculation agent, collateral administration, and custodian services on over 400 SPVs both domestically and throughout Europe.The Account Manager is the primary point of contact for our clients, which are the collateral managers of Collateralized Loan Obligations. You must have a deep understanding CLOs, ABLs, compliance test calculations, bank loans and other complex fixed income structures. Must have knowledge of all test calculations in the issued reportsReview and release wires for trade settlementsCommunicate with arrangers, collateral managers, rating agencies, accountants and bondholdersClose interaction with DB Operations and Account Administrators.Maintain each SPV's annual compliance requirements (Accountant's Reports, Issuer's Certifications, etc.)How You’ll LeadSenior Management – Must be able to succinctly communicate with high level leaders within the organizationClients – Must understand the CLO transaction and be able to interact with Collateral Managers and Investors on the internal mechanics of a dealAnalytics/IT – Must be able to identify operational bottleneck and work together with IT/Analytics to develop and implement a solutionSkills You’ll NeedBA/BS, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics, MBA is a plusProven prior experience with CLOsUnderstanding of bank loans - BSL, middle market and private credit loans.Understanding of general accounting and financial reporting principlesGeneral understanding of structured credit products; ABLs and borrowing base calculations, a plus.Competent in all MS Office products; Advanced MS Excel abilities, familiarity with complex formulas and modelling techniques, a plus.Familiarity with wiring instructions, SWIFT payments a plus.Experience reviewing indentures, credit agreements and other governing documentsSkills That Will Help You ExcelStrong written/verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills.Experience with Solvas-CDOSuite, a plusFluent in EnglishExpectationsIt is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY or Santa Ana, CA office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.Deutsche Bank provides reasonable accommodations to candidates and employees with a substantiated need based on disability and/or religion.The salary range for this position in New York City or California is $120,000- $172,500.
