Join Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Full-Time Therapist and earn $30.26-$44.47/hour while making a lasting impact in the lives of youth overcoming the effects of trauma. As part of our New Vista Program in Provo, Utah, you'll provide trauma-informed therapy to adolescents facing complex challenges related to abuse, neglect, family separation, domestic violence, adoption-related concerns, and other adverse experiences. Working in a supportive and collaborative environment, you'll deliver meaningful treatment through both day treatment and outpatient services, helping youth address underlying trauma, develop healthy coping strategies, and build safer, more stable futures. We value collaboration, innovation, empathy, and creating a workplace where both clients and employees can thrive.What You'll Do as a TherapistProvide direct and indirect clinical services to individuals with behavioral health disorders and complex psychosocial needsConduct individual, family, and group psychotherapy sessionsComplete intake assessments, clinical interviews, and ongoing documentationDevelop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plansMaintain and manage an assigned caseloadParticipate in discharge planning and continuity-of-care coordinationCollaborate with internal teams and external agencies to support client outcomesAssist with permanency planning and client advocacy as neededQualificationsMaster 's degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy.Utah licensure as CSW, ACMHC, AMFT, LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT (or the ability to obtain it before starting).Experience working with children preferred.Solid skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and providing therapy.Comfortable working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.Reliable with documentation and maintaining professional standards.Committed to ethical practice and ongoing learning.Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increaseApply TodayReady to make a real impact?
