Responsibilities include: - Chairside assisting for a wide range of procedures (cosmetic, restorative, surgical, Invisalign) - Taking digital scans (iTero) and high-quality radiographs - Preparing and breaking down operatories with efficiency and precision - Ensuring all instruments and materials are ready for seamless workflow - Supporting doctors during complex procedures (implants, extractions, etc.) - Delivering an exceptional, calming patient experience from start to finish - Managing lab cases and coordinating with external labs - Mentoring and supporting junior assistants when needed --- What We’re Looking For - Minimum 2+ years dental assisting experience (lead experience preferred) - Strong clinical skills and attention to detail - Experience with digital dentistry (or willingness to learn quickly) - Professional, polished, and patient-focused demeanor - Ability to anticipate doctor needs and stay steps ahead - Strong communication and teamwork skills - A mindset of growth, accountability, and excellence --- Our Culture We are building more than a dental office—we are building a brand and an experience.
