Project Manager - Large-Scale Multifamily - DC

The Project Manager - Large-Scale Multifamily - DC will be responsible for:

• Managing projects from preconstruction through completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
• Coordinating subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure successful execution
• Overseeing project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract compliance
• Maintaining strong relationships with owners, architects, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitoring project progress, quality, and safety to ensure all milestones are met
• Collaborating with leadership to support upcoming multifamily and mixed-use developments

The Project Manager - Large-Scale Multifamily - DC should have:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on commercial construction projects
• Background managing $20M+ projects preferred
• Experience with multifamily, mixed-use, office, or renovation projects
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

The Project Manager - Large-Scale Multifamily - DC will receive:

• Competitive base salary $120K-$145K
• 10-12% annual performance bonus
• Work primarily on downtown DC projects with a stable, long-term pipeline
