Lead and direct associates and contractors in executing project plans, including merchandise placement and fixture installation. Monitor construction issues and warranty matters, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with company policies. Promote continuous improvement by applying best practices and supporting team development and accountability. Proven expertise in managing multiple realty execution projects with accountability for scope, schedule, and budget. Strong project management skills, including risk assessment, timeline coordination, and corrective action implementation. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery. Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration abilities to align project plans with business objectives.
