TechOps Lead: Automation, IaC & Security

Plaid Inc. is seeking a tech-savvy Ops professional to own the infrastructure and tooling that power a 1000+ person company. You’ll lead on-call duties, automate workflows, and extend capabilities across Okta, Iru/Kandji, Google Workspace, and other critical platforms.
You will collaborate with Security, Engineering, and People teams to ensure security, reliability, and scalability while advancing a culture of automation and AI-assisted tooling. Office presence is expected three days per week.
