What You’ll Do:
Lead the team to ensure meals are prepared following menu and dietary requirements
Ensure food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards
Keep kitchen clean, organized, and inspection-ready
Monitor food temps, storage, and quality
Assist with inventory and stocking
Work as part of a team to deliver excellent service
What We’re Looking For:
Cooking experience preferred (healthcare or large-scale food service a plus)
Reliable and shows up ready to work
Team player with a strong work ethic
Knowledge of food safety standards
