Combining multi-level high-speed go-kart racing, immersive gaming attractions, and premium food and beverage offerings, RPM delivers unforgettable experiences where friends, families, and colleagues can connect through friendly competition and celebration. Recently recognized as one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies, RPM Raceway continues to lead the growing competitive socializing and entertainment industry. We’re launching a 100,000 sq. ft. entertainment center in Oak Brook and are seeking an experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead our food and beverage operations. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant and bar service, driving guest satisfaction, managing inventory and cost controls, ensuring food safety and compliance, and leading a high-performing front-of-house team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment and has a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. You’ll play a key role in building a culture of hospitality, developing team members, maximizing revenue, and ensuring operational excellence across all food and beverage offerings.
