Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Duties

Supervise nursing activities, under the direction of the DON.
Assist the DON to manage clinical operations.
Develop care plans.
Evaluate performance of the nursing department.
Conduct patient rounds and address issues.

Requirements:

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Requirements

2 years experience in long-term care minimum.
Registered nurse in the State of Illinois.
Proficiency with medical software (PointClickCare required).
Excellent interpersonal skills and bed manner.
Advanced problem solving and critical thinking skills.
