Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Duties
- Supervise nursing activities, under the direction of the DON.
- Assist the DON to manage clinical operations.
- Develop care plans.
- Evaluate performance of the nursing department.
- Conduct patient rounds and address issues.
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Requirements
- 2 years experience in long-term care minimum.
- Registered nurse in the State of Illinois.
- Proficiency with medical software (PointClickCare required).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and bed manner.
- Advanced problem solving and critical thinking skills.
