Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in an outpatient clinic in Bethel, ME where you will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and support return to community activities. Provide discipline‑specific direction, complete timely documentation, participate in student education when applicable, and pursue professional growth in alignment with organizational standards and patient safety priorities. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active Maine state physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in outpatient physical therapy required, including comprehensive evaluation, goal writing, and development of treatment plans. Ability to complete timely, compliant medical record documentation, including letters of medical necessity and charge entry. Knowledge of state Practice Act and regulatory requirements. Maintain professional licensure and required continuing education. Preferred Qualifications Experience supervising or mentoring students or supporting clinical education programs. Prior experience working within productivity and documentation standards in an outpatient clinic. Assignment Details Shift pattern: 5x8.
