OR/PACU RN (Per Diem Weekends)

Opportunity Overview We have an immediate opening for a Per Diem Weekend OR/PACU RN to join our team at IVF Florida in Margate, Florida . Schedule: On call/as needed weekends (starting at 7:00 AM) and rotating holidays (one major and one minor holiday). This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day. Responsibilities Utilize advanced assessment skills to identify patient care problems. Perform initial pre‑operative assessments, develop a plan of care, and explain the subsequent phases of surgery. Provide comfort measures and psychological support to the patient and family members. Demonstrate proficiency in caring for patients who have received various types of anesthesia or conscious sedation. Administer medications by direct intravenous and other routes as directed. Qualifications and Skills Active RN license. Current BLS and ACLS certifications. 2‑3 years of clinical experience in Operating/Procedure Room or PACU (strongly preferred). Proficiency with IVs required. Strong technical and clinical assessment skills. Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer. Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment. Ability to communicate accurately and concisely.
