Position: Travel Physical Therapist (PT) Hours: 35 Hours/Week Schedule: Monday–Friday Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Employment Type: Travel Contract As a Physical Therapist, you’ll evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions designed to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Provide evidence-based therapeutic exercises and interventions Assist patients with improving strength, balance, mobility, coordination, and functional independence Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and home programs Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the healthcare team Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Promote patient safety throughout treatment sessions Provide compassionate, patient-centered care What We’re Looking For Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the applicable state Current BLS certification required . Recent clinical experience as a Physical Therapist Strong evaluation, treatment-planning, and documentation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team Compassionate and patient-focused approach Ability to adapt quickly to a new clinical environment Commitment to the full 15-week assignment Why Take This Assignment? #J-18808-Ljbffr
