Sales Support Specialist

To support a growing client base, the full-time remote Sales Support Specialist will manage the onboarding process for new automotive clients, ensuring a smooth transition from contract to campaign launch while collaborating with internal teams to optimize client satisfaction. Key responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for new client onboarding, ensuring a seamless implementation experience Coordinate campaign setup and fulfillment across multiple digital marketing platforms and technologies Monitor onboarding performance, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction Required qualifications: Experience managing client relationships, account onboarding, or customer success in a client-facing environment Knowledge of digital advertising products, including Search, Display, and Marketing Systems Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Experience using Excel and Salesforce for reporting, tracking, and account management Experience in digital marketing, advertising, media, or the automotive industry is preferred
