Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) nurse position in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role involvesproviding high-quality patient care in a specialized unit. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a Progressive Care setting and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). The position requires working every weekend and offers a 13-week assignment with a schedule of days shifts.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: BSN degree, 2+ years of experience in a Progressive Care Unit, able to work all three shifts per week, and weekend availability.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a Program setting and proficiency with electronic medical records.
• Additional Information: The role involves providing patient assessments, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams within the Progressive Care Unit. Candidates should demonstrate strong clinical skills, adaptability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
