Graphic Designer for Sign Shop

Graphic Designer Pay: $21–$25 per hour + Performance Bonuses Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM What You’ll Do Design signage, large-format graphics, and production-ready artwork. Prepare files for print, routing, vinyl cutting, and installation. Operate large-format printers, laminators, and vinyl plotters. Ensure finished designs meet FASTSIGNS quality standards. Collaborate with sales and installation teams to execute projects. What We’re Looking For 1+ year experience in signage, print production, or large-format graphics. Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. AI design skills & knowledge. Ability to prepare production-ready files for print and cutting. Organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced shop. Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work. Experience with sign production equipment is a major plus.
