• Join a growing,  full-scope hospital-based practice that includes three BC Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Two have additional fellowship training (Maxillofacial Oncology/Microvascular Surgery and Pediatric Craniomaxillofacial Surgery)
• Completion of a TMJ or Cosmetic fellowship preferred but not required
• Call is 1:4 – surgeons cover all facial trauma cases out of a single hospital
• Block OR and clinic time at Hospital as well as our new, state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Center and outpatient clinic facilities
• Private practice model with academic component 
• Interest in resident education is a must
• Opportunity to develop a robust subspecialty practice
• Large built-in referral network; a service area of over 2 million patients
