Associate Chiropractor – Growth-Focused, Modern Practice (Richmond, VA)

Chiro Guys is a modern, patient-focused chiropractic clinic in Richmond, VA. We’re not a high-volume, cookie-cutter office—and we’re not looking for a cookie-cutter doctor.

We’re building something different: a collaborative, forward-thinking practice that blends chiropractic care with advanced therapies including laser therapy, non-surgical spinal decompression, assisted stretch, massage, and shockwave.

We’re looking for a chiropractor who wants to grow with a team—not someone who thinks they already know everything.

Who You Are

• Licensed (or soon to be licensed) Chiropractor in Virginia
• Open-minded, coachable, and team-oriented
• Confident—but not ego-driven
• Comfortable working in a multi-modality, modern clinic
• Focused on patient outcomes, not just adjustments
• Interested in building a patient base and growing long-term

New grads are welcome—we value mindset over experience.

What You’ll Do

• Perform exams, re-exams, and deliver chiropractic care
• Collaborate with a team offering multiple therapies
• Educate patients and guide them through care plans
• Help grow your own patient base within our system

What We Offer

We offer flexible compensation based on your preference and experience:

• Base salary + performance bonus
• Percentage of collections
• Hourly rate (for part-time flexibility)

Full Time Position with the opportunity to grow into ownership
