Location: Hammond, IN (serving Northwest Indiana) Setting: Community-Based / In-Home Services Schedule: Full‑Time Starting Salary: $100,000/year + performance-based bonuses Must hold active BCBA certification and Indiana LBA licensure. Achievers ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children and families through community-based and in-home ABA services across Northwest Indiana. This is a hands‑on clinical role for a BCBA who wants to work directly in the communities they serve — building real relationships with families in their own homes and everyday environments. About This Role We're looking for a clinician who is committed to delivering high-quality, individualized ABA care while building strong, trust-based relationships with families and caregivers. Our team prioritizes clinical integrity, collaboration, and meaningful outcomes for the children we serve — not paperwork for paperwork's sake.
