Service Valet PositionThe Service Valet plays a critical role in delivering a convenient, safe, and organized service experience for our customers. This entry-level, customer-facing position is responsible for the movement, staging, pickup, and delivery of customer and company vehicles, as well as maintaining an orderly and efficient service drive. The Service Valet regularly interacts with customers and team members and serves as a visible representative of the dealership's commitment to professionalism and customer care.Key ResponsibilitiesVehicle Handling & LogisticsSafely drive customer and company vehicles to and from the service drive, parking areas, and off-site locations as neededPick up and deliver customer vehicles as part of the dealership's service convenience offeringsStage vehicles appropriately for service, repair, and customer pickupEnsure all vehicles are parked securely, responsibly, and in designated areasService Drive SupportDirect incoming customer vehicles to maintain clear, organized, and efficient service drive lanesAssist in managing traffic flow to ensure a safe and welcoming service environmentSupport service advisors and technicians by maintaining vehicle readiness and accessibilityCustomer InteractionGreet customers courteously and professionally upon arrivalProvide clear direction and assistance during vehicle drop-off and pickupCommunicate respectfully and represent the dealership brand at all timesFacility & Campus ResponsibilitiesWalk across the dealership campus regularly to support vehicle movement and operationsMaintain awareness of surroundings to ensure safety for customers, employees, and vehiclesAssist with general service department cleanliness and organization as neededWhy Join Our TeamEntry-level opportunity with exposure to dealership operationsClear path for growth within the service departmentStable, team-oriented work environmentOpportunity to be part of a customer-focused service experienceQualifications & RequirementsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred)Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethicComfortable interacting with customers in a professional mannerAbility to walk and stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditionsMust be able to follow safety procedures and dealership policies consistentlyPreferred Skills & AttributesCustomer service or hospitality experience (a plus, but not required)Strong attention to detail and situational awarenessTeam-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist where neededTrustworthy and responsible when handling customer property
