Senior Water/Wastewater Process Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Water/Wastewater Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing water and wastewater treatment processes. Your expertise will contribute to the development of sustainable solutions that meet regulatory requirements and enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct feasibility studies, prepare technical reports, and develop project plans that align with client objectives and industry standards.


The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hydraulic and process design, with a deep understanding of treatment technologies such as activated sludge, membrane filtration, and advanced oxidation processes. You will be expected to perform process simulations, conduct data analysis, and recommend improvements to existing systems. Additionally, you will oversee project execution, ensuring that all deliverables are on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as you will mentor junior engineers and liaise with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.


To qualify for this position, candidates should hold a degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater engineering. Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is preferred. Familiarity with software tools such as AutoCAD, HEC-RAS, and process modeling software is essential.
