Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on leader to oversee daily kitchen operations and help create a smooth, efficient, and high-quality food service experience. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to food safety, team development, and consistent execution.
Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency
- Lead, train, and support kitchen team members while promoting a positive, respectful work environment
- Monitor food preparation, portioning, presentation, and timing to maintain standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, and stock rotation to reduce waste and maintain supply levels
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Coordinate schedules, staffing needs, and workflow to support smooth service
- Assist with menu execution, recipe consistency, and quality control
- Address operational issues promptly and communicate effectively with management and team members
- Track kitchen performance and identify opportunities for improvement in cost control and efficiency
- Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance feedback for kitchen staff
- Previous experience in kitchen leadership, culinary operations, or food service management
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance
- Ability to lead a team with professionalism, accountability, and clear communication
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with inventory management, ordering, and cost control preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Comfortable coaching team members and supporting a collaborative workplace culture
