HVAC/HVAC-R Technician

This position offers a variety of work each day, servicing, repairing, and installing residential and commercial heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems while building strong relationships with customers throughout the area.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install HVAC and HVAC-R systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on heating, cooling, and refrigeration equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide effective repair solutions
• Install HVAC equipment and related fuel distribution systems
• Maintain inventory and organization of your assigned service vehicle
• Complete service documentation accurately and professionally
• Keep customer properties clean and protected while performing work
• Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards

What We Are Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of HVAC, HVAC-R, mechanical, or related field experience
• CFC Certification required
• Valid driver's license (CDL Class B is a bonus!)
• Current HVAC license or certificate
• Boiler license
• EPA Certification
• Working knowledge of boiler systems
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
