Zakres obowiązków Opieka handlowa nad przypisaną grupą klientów kluczowych oraz budowanie długofalowych relacji, w tym identyfikacja potrzeb i doradztwo techniczne. Współpraca z inwestorami, projektantami i wykonawcami w celu wdrażania optymalnych rozwiązań technicznych oraz opracowywania propozycji ofertowych. Projektowanie i dobór systemów mocowań instalacji użytkowych i przemysłowych w oparciu o wymagania techniczne, normy i warunki obiektowe. Przygotowywanie ofert techniczno-handlowych wraz z kalkulacją oraz zestawieniami materiałowymi. Przygotowanie dokumentacji technicznej 2D/3D/BIM oraz obliczeń inżynierskich. Koordynacja i nadzór nad realizacją powierzonych projektów od etapu koncepcji do odbioru. Wizyty na budowach i u klientów – wizje lokalne, wsparcie techniczne, nadzór autorski. Zapewnienie zgodności rozwiązań z obowiązującymi normami, przepisami i wymaganiami klienta. Nasze wymagania Wyższego wykształcenia technicznego – kierunek budownictwo lub pokrewny. Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku (obejmującego projektowanie, nadzór techniczny oraz realizację inwestycji). Udokumentowanego doświadczenia we współpracy z klientami, wykonawcami i biurami projektowymi. Biegłej znajomości oprogramowania Autodesk AutoCAD (mile widziane doświadczenie z narzędziami BIM). Umiejętności samodzielnego zarządzania kilkoma projektami równolegle i dobrej organizacji pracy własnej. Prawa jazdy kat. B i gotowości do regularnych wizyt u klientów oraz na budowach. Wysokich kompetencji komunikacyjnych i umiejętności prowadzenia rozmów handlowo-technicznych. To oferujemy Umowę o pracę na pełen etat w stabilnej firmie o ugruntowanej pozycji rynkowej. Wynagrodzenie 10 000–15 000 zł brutto – przejrzyste zasady wynagradzania. Samochód służbowy i niezbędne narzędzia pracy.
