Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Medical Unit

Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical Unit. This role involves delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients within a dynamic acute care environment.

• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, implement treatments, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Administer medications and various treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and progress.
• Work collaboratively with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Facilitate safe transitions of care for patients.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing quality and safety within the unit.

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
