Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive care in labor and delivery, postpartum, and mother and baby care within a critical access healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to mothers and newborns throughout the labor and delivery process.
- Assist in postpartum care, ensuring both physical and emotional well-being of mothers and infants.
- Monitor patient conditions and provide appropriate interventions as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on post-delivery care, breastfeeding, and newborn health.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient-centered care.
Shifts and Scheduling
This position includes 12-hour day shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM and will require working every third weekend along with holiday rotation.
Qualifications
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience in labor and delivery nursing is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
