Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• 13-week assignment.
• 5x8 schedule.
• Primary orthopedic caseload.

Location Highlights

Glendale, Arizona offers access to major attractions and outdoor recreation in the Phoenix metro area. State Farm Stadium and Desert Diamond Arena are both located in Glendale, and the Westgate Entertainment District provides dining and shopping within minutes of these venues. Thunderbird Conservation Park has more than 1,100 acres of desert trails in the city, and downtown Phoenix is about 20 minutes away for museums, nightlife, and additional cultural attractions. For weekend exploration, Lake Pleasant Regional Park is roughly 30 miles north with boating and hiking, and Camelback Mountain is within commuting distance for popular desert views.
