Main Responsibilities Plan shop workflow. Audit repairs. Order parts. Assist technicians with repairs. Perform maintenance on heavy duty vehicles. Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email. Required Qualifications 3+ years diesel technician experience. Customer service experience. Desired Qualifications Class A CDL license. Management / Supervision experience not required but strongly preferred. High school diploma / GED equivalent.
