Restaurant Floor Manager Qualifications Verifiable BA or BS degree of any major; or a Culinary Associates: REQUIRED 1-2 years of restaurant experience with supervisory exposure: preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentBasic knowledge of food safety and customer service Must be at least of age for legal alcohol service Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays Restaurant Floor Manager Preferred Background Previous leadership role in restaurant setting- Lead, Supervisor, Assistant Manager Experience in high volume elevated dining room operations Familiarity with diverse cuisine styles Strong problem-solving and team-building skills Knowledge of scheduling and staff performance evaluation Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences #J-18808-Ljbffr Nbutexas
