Field Service Technician 2 ($2,500 Sign on Bonus)

Road Mechanic Responsibilities Road mechanic/technician role performs preventive maintenance, performs diagnostics, and makes repairs on equipment to avoid downtime. Fleet includes aerial work platforms, general construction tools, large-scale power generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas related equipment. Work on a variety of makes, models & equipment in challenging remote locations. Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management. Work with an incredible team in a safety‑focused environment. Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired. 3–5 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment, or specialty lines equipment (large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC, or Oil & Gas equipment) preferred. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record (21 years of age & CDL license may be required in some locations). Knowledge & Skills Need to provide mechanic's tools of trade. Knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting fundamentals. Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals. Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs. Physical Demands The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors and outdoors as required.
