Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) with a strong focus on Memory Care and Mobility Support for our senior clients in the South Bay area. As a crucial member of our home care team, you will work under the supervision of the Care Coordinator to deliver personalized, high-quality care.

Current Openings: We are actively looking for qualified caregivers to cover both daytime and overnight shifts to help meet the diverse needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Specialized Care: Provide tailored companionship and cognitive engagement for seniors with memory care needs (Dementia/Alzheimer 's).

• Mobility Support: Assist with safe ambulation, client transfers, and transporting/escorting clients to appointments or outings.

• Personal Care: Help with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.

• Health Maintenance: Provide medication reminders and strictly follow individualized client care plans.

• Professionalism: Maintain accurate documentation and charting of the client’s daily condition and activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certification: Certified Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration, valid CNA license, or equivalent training.

• Registry: Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) or CNA Registry status.

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in a home care or facility setting (memory care and mobility experience highly preferred).

• Availability: Flexible scheduling options available across 3 to 6 shifts a week.

• Health & Safety: Current CPR/First Aid training (or willingness to obtain quickly) and a negative TB skin test or chest X-ray.

• Transportation: Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel around the South Bay territory.

• Tech-Savvy: Access to a smartphone and internet for scheduling and charting.
