Safety National is seeking an Excess WC Claims Manager to oversee high-exposure workers' compensation claims from initial assignment to closure. You will assess coverage, set reserves, negotiate settlements, and influence medical and litigation strategies to drive outcomes. In this role, you will work with TPAs, defense counsel, and internal leadership, guiding claim handling, monitoring performance, and communicating on large losses.
